We often fall into the trap of relaxing on the day we "flip the switch" on our change project. All of the prep work is done and implementation day goes well and we just want to step back and breathe for a bit. NOT SO FAST! Chances are that the bulk of the team impacted by the change still feels like they are at the starting line. They are going to need reminders, nudges, and some empathy as they adapt to their new workflow.
